At TireDirect, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your fashion selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
